Great treadmill - love the IFIT workouts! I bought a commercial 2450 and it was delivered and assembled by the delivery guys. Fantastic service, really professional and helpful. Had to call nordictrack about my IFIT account at the beginning as I wasn't sure how it worked but the lady on the phone was really helpful and really nice to talk to. Good delivery time from order. Relatively straightforward to assemble and to get started. The workouts and rides are varied and take you through some great scenery all over the world. I had to spend some time adjusting the riding position in order to get comfortable. Overall really pleased with the purchase.
I took delivery of one of your Cross Trainers at the end of November, and the guys were punctual and courteous. Had fun assembling it on my own, and instructions were concise and accurate. Easy order process the only thing that let you down was when the machine we delivered you failed to include the dimensions of the pallet so when we measured the width of the entrance it fitted but when you include the pallet it didn't. Machine is top quality
Speedy delivery, excellent customer service. The original seat had some misplaced pre-drill holes, so it was impossible to fit on the rower, they then sent out another seat immediately. Had the rower for some time now, it has all the basic functions, compact design and is of good quality in my opinion, so worth the money. I hope this machine will last at least a few years time.
The 2950 is a fantastic machine. Ordering delivery went to plan. Easy to setup even though very heavy. Shame you have to pay a monthly fee for ifit as the manual mode is quite basic. Nevertheless great treadmill.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered model NTL14221-INT (Commercial 1750 Treadmil) on 19 Feb 2022. I waited until Monday 7 Mar 2022 to enquire where the treadmill was (well over the stated 10 days advertised on the website). I received a reply stating that their 'couriers are slightly delayed due to a stock take which happened last week so no stock was able to leave the warehouses'. I was then told 'I will chase up the couriers for you to get you booked in'. I followed up with another email on 9 March 2022 because I still hadn't heard anything. I received an email response that was again polite, but informed me this time that 'unfortunately looks like there has been a system error, meaning that your order has not been sent over to our couriers' system correctly' and that 'we have manually sent your order over to our couriers and you should hear from them shortly in order to book in a delivery date'. Well, here we are another 5 days later, and no news. I have sent another email today (14 March 2022 - 1300hrs) asking again where my order is. I have received no response this time. This really isn't good enough for a product that costs £2000. Waiting nearly a month, when the website states delivery within 10 days. I am considering requesting a refund and I'm very disappointed. UPDATED: 19 Mar 2022 It arrived! I will write a full review once I've finally finished setting it up. Not five stars due the length of time of delivery and the amount of chasing I had to do.
I had issues receiving the first treadmill I ordered but staff were always very helpful and polite. After 3 weeks waiting, the treadmill was out of stock but NordicTrack offered me an alternative at no extra cost. As soon as I accepted, the treadmill was available for delivery immediately. They offered a second month of the fitness app too. Exceptional customer service.
