NordicTrack – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I called customer svc about 3 weeks ago due to a resistance issue with my s22i studio cycle. I was finally able to speak with someone who new nothing about the product. We spoke for about an hour and he said a new motor would be sent 5-7 days. I never got an email with order number or any follow up communication. Fast forward to yesterday 11/9/22. I called to find out what was going on. I was helped by a lady that looked up the previous contact. Nothing had been processed and no part had been ordered. It was necessary to step through troubleshooting problem again. This lady new her stuff and we were able to conclude I needed a new wiring harness and motor. Another 7-10 days. I got a follow up email in a couple of hours with order#. I ride every day so being off for extended periods is a bummer. My real message here is that the lady I dealt with provided some of the best troubleshooting help and customer service I have ever experienced!!! How can you have such disparate quality in custome service. I wish I knew the ladies name. Give her a raise don’t let her get away. You can find out who she is be looking at my file. NordicTrack is an amazing company. They stand out above the rest with delivery, customer service and product quality. The name has been around for a long time and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Overall, I highly recommend this company and their products. Machine arrived in a timely manner, and in good condition. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Haven't interacted with customer service. (Haven't needed to) Everything has worked well and been positive.

My interaction with NordicTrack has been great so far. I have not had any problems with my machine, my order was received quickly and in great condition.

Nothing but positive things to say. Easy to order, competitive pricing, quick delivery. The rower was easy to unpack, all parts and instructions were included and the machine was not complicated to put together. The app is quick to set up and get a workout going. Lots of beginner classes if you are new to rowing so you do it correctly. 10/10 would recommend their machines based on my personal experience.
