Bought my beautiful dress for my brothers wedding last weekend. The team have been hugely helpful at helping me replace some pearl buttons which I lost with some wild dancing! Lots of compliments so thank you for the awesome dress! X

I cannot agree with the reviews on here at all - thank god! I ordered a gorgeous color-blocked dress here, which was on sale just before the Black Friday Deals started. After a few days, DPD told me they had received my order but not the parcel itself, and upon then seeing the reviews, got very worried... but just then today, about a 1.5weeks after ordering, my dress arrived! The fit is perfect, the box it came in was gorgeous and it is such a unique look - I couldn't be more excited. Thank you for one of my new favourite pieces, OliviaRubin! Can only recommend! <3

Paid and then a week later asked if the items would be shipped. 5 days later still no reply so I opened a PayPal case. Then they contacted me and dispatched the items. Items arrived and one is completely incorrect. Wrong product and wrong size. They yet again have my chat message on seen and no reply so I've left more messages on PayPal. Really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.

Placed an order on the 20th February 2022. March 31st today, I still have not received it. It has been 7 weeks! Have made several calls and sent emails only to be told there was a glitch in the system and it will be sent out now. That was a month ago. Still Nothing. Yesterday customer advisor tells me I am going to chase this up and call you back and yet again I received no call back explaining where my order is?! Appalling and shocking service from a ‘Brand’ such as this. They steal & lie. Repeatedly. And your left having spent so much money time and energy having to chase an order you should have received weeks ago. Completely unacceptable and disgusting behaviour from Olivia Rubin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Take/steal your money but don't deliver the items!!! Ordered an item and was informed at various stages that delivery would need to be signed for and paid for this service. Item still hadn't arrived 4 weeks later so contacted customer services who informed it was out for delivery that day. Got home no parcel was there and no one at home to sign for it. Checked with neighbours but none of them had taken it nor was a delivery info card left. Customer services told me they would contact DHL and keep me informed. I also contacted DHL who said parcel was delivered a week earlier than I had been advised. Basically after weeks of chasing up I am still waiting on a refund despite DHL confirming the item was lost. Olivia Rubin are saying I have to claim directly off DHL as they sent the item and there is nothing more they can do. They pay DHL and they are their customer so they should be claiming it as I have no direct contact. Staff are rude, never communicate back and have basically stole 330 worth of mine. I have no idea whether they actually ever sent the item as there is no proof and they refuse to chase it up. The delivery was paid for and expectation was a signature would be taken to confirm receipt so not sure how the item could go missing if policies were followed.
