I was on a course of antibiotics for mastitis and I was worried that I would have bad side effects / that my IBS would flare up like it did last time due to the good bacteria being killed off. I’m so happy, the optibac “while on antibiotics” probiotics seemed to keep the good bacteria at bay! No side effects from the antibiotics at all. I’ve even noticed my general IBS symptoms have improved since taking them so I’m definitely going to order some more everyday ones to keep up the good gut flora.

I was sceptical as I have tried different brands for months to no avail. I half expected it to disappoint. Except, the joke is on me because, low and behold, it worked! It's also much cheaper than other leading brands. There is a small possibility that because I have been taking probiotics and used different brands for weeks that now my microbiome finally normalised. So there is that. Still, it worked.

Fast delivery and the probiotic has made a positive difference. Was interested to see that one of the strains also helps with lung health - a bonus.

Love Optibac probiotics! I toggle between a few of their lines based on how I'm feeling. Sometimes I take SB to prevent bloating and support me when I'm travelling or if I happen to go on a course of antibiotics. I also love their women's line.
