Oxy-Plants – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered 2 large ZZ plants at a cost of £80. They looked healthy enough when they arrived, the soil was very wet (one of the pots was so squished into the box that it had split). After a week or I so I noticed that some of the stems had collapsed and turned yellow. I took the plants out of the pot and then discovered that all the root balls were rotten. The plants had been so overwatered and not at all cared for. I emailed Oxy and am still waiting for a response over a week later. Having read the reviews here I doubt I’ll get a response. I’ll stick to reputable businesses like Crocus in the future. UPDATE: shortly after writing this review I was contacted by Oxy who apologised and swiftly sent me about a replacement plant. I have changed my rating accordingly

Excellent. I was nervous buying from Oxy-Plants, given the mixed reviews but they were fantastic. I ordered a pot, arrived promptly, and fantastically wrapped in protective bubble wrap. Item arrived in perfect condition. I would order pots from them again. One downside - I tried calling them a few times before placing the order but no-one picked up or returned my calls.

My plants arrived battered due to the delivery company not taking care even though it clearly stated on the box fragile. When I reach out to Oxy- Plant, John was super helpful in getting this resolved. Thank you John
