Reiterate volte mi sono trovata pagamenti che non riuscivo a spiegarmi e la mia banca non ha mai saputo rispondermi (intesa san paolo) se non dirmi di contattare paypal. On ogni occasione il servizio clienti di paypal mi ha spiegato tutto ciò che mi serviva sapere di quei pagamenti: una volta era un pagamento che non era stato concluso e dovevo aspettare fino a 72 ore per vedere lo storno del pagamento, un'altra volta era un pagamento che era stato scisso tra saldo paypal e saldo carta ma contabilizzato diversi giorni dopo l'acquisto per questo non riuscivo a riconoscere la somma pagata. Insomma in ogni caso paypal mi ha fornito tutte le delucidazioni di cui avevo bisogno

Buongiorno, vorrei oggi elogiare il servizio assistenza di Paypal, e nel farlo, terrò conto di vari contesti a causa dei quali sono stato costretto a ricorrere a loro. Le varie situazioni di conflitto sono state“spalmate” in una decina di anni abbondante, ma l'impegno nella tutela del consumatore di Paypal non è mai cambiato, a testimonianza di ciò, riporterò solo l'ultimo episodio accadutomi in ordine di tempo. Dovendo ricevere un rimborso per un volo annullato anni fa causa Covid da Ryanair, non riuscivo però ad incassarlo perchè nel frattempo avevo cambiato l'istituto di credito e conseguentemente la carta di credito appoggiata al mio conto Paypal. Tale impossibilità era dettata da una delle innumerevoli scemenze partorite dai nostri governanti in materia di anti-riciclaggio (ovviamente era tutto tracciabile, ma in questo paese vengono vessati i privati che sono costretti in qualche maniera a pagare, magari pignorando loro la casa, mica chi ha milioni in conti off-shore)... Bene, nonostante tecnicamente Paypal avesse legalmente“le mani legate”, un loro addetto all'assistenza clienti (sottolineo NON italiano, e gentilissimo), mi ha spiegato cosa poteva fare lui e cosa dovevo fare io nei confronti della mia ex banca, non aspettando venti giorni, ma mezza giornata soltanto! Quindi tutto si è risolto bene e velocemente come del resto tutte le altre volte che ho chiesto il loro intervento. BRAVI e continuate così, peccato siano pochi i servizi che funzionano come il vostro.

Ik gebruik Paypal al 10+ jaar en voornamelijk om bij buitenlandse shops dingen te kopen, maar soms ook voor shops hier in Nederland. Nog nooit problemen gehad. Soms vraagt het een sms check om je identiteit te bevestigen, wat ik juist goed vind.
