Pep Boys – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Purchased tires for my truck on 11/2/23 and set up install for today(11/4/23) Dropped truck off around 8:30am and ran some errands. D'Angelo called me about 11:30 saying truck was ready to go! All good and excellent customer service by the whole crew. I had this store install tires on my Wife's truck back in July of this year and now we have them do scheduled maintenance also. Never had any issues...

Wtby CT site, customer service is horrible. mechanic did expensive job twice with no results. Took car to West Hartford CT Pep boys. Spoke to Richard. Friendly customer service and Mechanics that know their craft! My car is finally fixed after 3 attempts and 20 full hours of my time waiting in waiting area. Thanks guys! I am so greatful to get my car back finally !

In Vineland NJ Pepboys, they always try to explain the issue and give you options. They even stayed after store hours to fix my flat.

Great service. Walked in and was taken care of right away. My jeeps brakes were fixed within the day. Very satisfied!
