Made my first visit into the Botany Store today and what an experience! We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. I had a question around what the best food would be for my dog with sensitive skin and allergies. The staff took their time to explain the options available and they were super friendly! Extremely impressed in many ways with Mornington Petstock in HomeCo shopping precinct. First, the puppy school provided excellent training, secondly, the never ending help with getting our fish tank working properly and thirdly the assistance in choosing the right kennel for our dog. Emma has been exemplary over the years and Kerrie, the dog trainer & Spencer their courier delightful to work with!

Recently, I contacted Pet Stock to buy two car seats for my boys. Unfortunately they were out of stock. However, Kerry from the Cannon Vale store had two left (North Qld). She worked tirelessly with Charlee from Rockhampton (Nth Qld) to get them to me. Charlee was visiting Cannon Vale, so Kerry organised with her to personally take them back to Rockhampton. This was an internal issue that they could not be shipped from Cannon Vale. Then Charlee organised to have them transferred to the Robina (Sth East Qld) store where I picked them up today. Well done and thank you, fantastic customer service. I shall send you photos of the boys in their new car seats.
