I had a fair outcome after I sent a query to customer services for QD in Halstead. An assistant in the shop had noticed that my loyalty card wasn't working and I wasn't receiving all the messages I should via email ... I'm not sure how she knew! I had become used to thinking it just wasn't a particularly useful scheme, unlike some other loyalty cards (like Nectar). I asked the customer services team to explain, and if the comments were a bit baffling, telling me it was the fault of my Hotmail account - and yet, other emails come in successfully - the result was that I got a small gift voucher in a gesture of goodwill. Edit note: ... and since I resisted attempting to alter my perfectly useful email account, QD promotional messages have been arriving in droves.

Recently used QD for a special they had on. Was delivered within 3 days. Alas wrong item but Daniel in customer services was brilliant. Replied same day. Arranged replacements and delivered again within 2 days. Still wrong item but Daniel arranged refund straight away. Excellent customer service there. Would use again.
