Appalling customer service. Shoes are good but I will never order from them again. Have been trying to return a pair of shoes for weeks. They do not provide the correct customs documents and ask you to pay and arrange for your own return. So when I received the shoes back due to them not passing customs, and asked for their help in sending them back they refused and told me I'd have to do the whole process again. It's basically impossible to return the shoes. In the meantime I'm left out of pocket with shoes I don't want and with the cost of the courier I paid to deliver the shoes back. The customer service is also arrogant. Not the customer service or attitude you'd except from a 'luxury' company.
