It was really easy to research different laptops I was interested in. All the specs were easy to find and compare. The prices were very good. I was browsing the site for a new laptop and the chat box that popped up (and I would normally ignore) was Jacob, confirming he was a real person. So I typed my enquiry in and he asked some really pertinent questions about what I needed it for and went away and put a quote together for me.
