Ticketek – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My partner booked two VIP Busted experience tickets only for there to be an error on ticketek UK system as they have charged him double the money. He has contacted them asking for a refund on two of the tickets he did not purchase and the only time they contacted him was because he has left a bad review like many others on trust pilot. He followed the link they sent him to "get his issued resolved" and they still have not given a refund and have not given a direct number for him to take the matter further. Seems to be a common problem at the minute with this website and I would avoid using them in the future. **UPDATE** Ticketek UK have now refunded my partner for the extra two tickets he did not purchase. We're very grateful for responding so quickly.

The process was smooth but the info for the event was extremely poor. I booked to go and see the ArenaX but there was no schedules on Ticketek or on the ArenaX fest website. Having wanting to go and watch Billy Bolt and Jonny Walker, paying £90 for two tickets only to find out upon arrival they wasnt racing on the day we went. We felt Mis-sold.

I found it quite difficult to negotiate the ordering website, then I was timed out! Nightmare 😊

The website was not easy to navigate. It was almost impossible on the phone so had to use my laptop. It was also difficult to take items out of the basket. Got there in the end though.

Registering an account was easy. Purchasing tickets, however, I found very stressful due to the time limit - which was just too short for the less agile in computing/typing. I was also disappointed that I wasn't given the option to choose a seat. My final comment is the system didn't confirm if my order was successful or not at the end of the transaction. It just said 'session timed out' which left me in doubt as to whether I had actually purchased the tickets or needed to rebook.
