Tonic Studios UK - Europe – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

As a regular customer of Tonic Studios UK I have nothing but positive experiences. Yes, sometimes parcels arrive late, mostly due to the crappy postal services from the UK to Spain, but I'm never in a hurry (I always make sure to have enough supplies in stock). When parcels are extremely late, which has happened a couple of times, I contact their customer service through the live chat option, and I have never had to wait longer than a minute to get support. They're always super helpful and every problem has been solved! Besides their great support, in my experience, I'm an absolute fan of their products. The quality of their dies and stamps is great! Not to mention their other crafty stuff (scissors, sheers, craft pick, guillotines, paper, glitter, embossing powder, Nuvo drops etc.) of which I've ordered many and use them on a daily basis. And their craft kit is the only one I've got a subscription for, because it's always of great quality and filled with everything needed to make beautiful cards and projects. So from me they get 5 well deserved stars!

Excellent products no matter what they bring out it is highest standards every time. The customer service team are amazing and have had to put up with a lot during the pandemic. Deliveries are fast and delivered on time with the off Delay by Royal Mail. Fantastic company all round love to use their products.

I had a problem with my die and it was replaced immediately. Couldn’t ask for better service than that.
