I had an order (vinyl) that was damaged: I simply have send an e-mail and they send me a new copy (to Belgium) without hesitation! Received today in perfect condition. Super service!!

ordered the Children in Need special "Got it covered" and was worried because I'm in Switzerland and it was much later than the publication. Not only did it arrive in perfect condition and well packed, it took so few time I got it before some of my British friends!

**A fantastic service**. I have used them many times and find they get your items despatched quickly and find that they items are well packaged leading to no damage. They have a great selection on the website which meets my requirements. I would say that for regular customers like myself a discount code would be nice once in a while dropped in an email to keep you interested but overall fantastic. 👍
