Wagz – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Purchased the wagz collar and containment system. Returned the collar June 6,2023 which was received according to fed ex tracking. I have been trying to contact this company repeatedly via email and phone. They do not respond and I have yet to receive the 240.00 refund as of July 17,2023.

I received the collar with a number to get the subscription to initiate the collar. I went to the site and was told the number is an invalid number. I repeatedly requested a new one and received an automated text return saying they’d be in touch but I have not received a response. I called the company ( during open hours) and was only answered by an automated message with again...no response. I have decided to cancel this product since I cannot get a response to initiate the collar. I do not want a subscription. I would like a return shipping label so that I can return this collar to Wagz and get my initial payment in full of $149.99 I do not want a subscription with a company that is non responsive.
