When the watch was delivered we believed the display was not as advertised. Did not blame Watch Pilot for this but asked to return the watch. They agreed and they give us a full refund (minus the cost of postage). Would have no hesitation to purchase another watch from them.

Bought a Rado Hyper Chrome from Watch Pilot in Richmond. The manager Malgosia took amazing care of me and my watch to ensure it was the right one for me and the right fit, even going to amazing lengths to get a half link produced just for me! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Good website, easy ordering process, good price and quick delivery. Lost a star by not stamping the guarantee for the purchased Swatch watch so do not have the correct paperwork for any claims in next 12 months
