Bound's clothes are unique and I love the style, which is often impossible to find anywhere else. However, for the price the quality is awful. Really cheaply made with cheap materials. I've ordered several pieces and I've sent a few back purely because it looks so cheap... If the quality was better, I'd buy a lot more from them

The zip and buttons are flimsy.The quality is not as good as products from other brands and I am honestly expect threads opening and unstitched pockets and zip getting stuck. If you're hoping to get quality trousers for around 60 pounds then I am not convinced this is your best option. It is a shame that I actually find the design quite nice. (P.S. this comment was edited after being contacted by the customer service.)

Have to pay for both delivery and return shipping, and had to chase for my refund after not hearing anything for a week

I ordered a bunch of items before Christmas to try out sizes and only keep the items that fit. I ended up only keeping one item and sending the rest back. After a couple of weeks I received a gift card code instead of a refund. I'd mistakenly thought that the returns policy was one month like a lot of other companies when it was actually 14 days. Unfortunately Bound doesn't stock a lot of items in my size (XS/28W) which means my options for spending my £195 gift card are pretty limited. I emailed customer service apologising for the misunderstanding and explaining the issues with sizing but it didn't really get me anywhere. Fair enough if their returns policy is 14 days but it seems silly to split hairs over a simple mistake like that. Hey @bound - If you're reading this please consider increasing the amount of items in smaller sizes so that I'm able to make use of my £195 gift card. I'm sure other short guys would appreciate that too.

Delivery took a while. The packaging says it's recyclable plastic but the shirts are wrapped in plastic. Quality of material decent but not worth price and has an awkward fit. But good customer service, very fast to respond to my email.
