West Elm – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I see a lot of bad reviews, but we have shopped here many times and if there is anything damaged, their team has always been extremely helpful in either giving us a refund, sending replacements, or giving us the cost of what it would take to replace a broken mirror. I have not bought any of their sofas, but I have been happy with most products I have bought here

I ordered the Cooper Mid-Century Office Chair, Saddle Leather, Nut, Dark Bronze about 6 months ago. Great desk chair for daily work and it looks beautiful too. My favorite piece is the Austin Chestnut Leather chair and ottoman. Perfect for a reading room. So comfortable you can fall asleep in it.

I only found myself having to call about issues regarding my CC rewards. They constantly wouldn't work. But since they switched I haven't had to. Saves me so much time now because they were constantly glitching or saying they were invalid. Customer service has always been super friendly and helpful as well. Minus the time they kept sending me over to the CC company to retrieve my rewards (never had they done that before) and the CC company was extremely rude and kept telling me there was nothing they could do and that I had to go through WS/WE. The issue was when I went to use the rewards, when I entered at check out they were coming up as invalid. So I was getting the run around and the rewards eventually expired because nobody on either end would take accountability and assist me. So I was never able to use them. Professionally, they should have just sent me new reward codes or comped me some how. It was something I earned, being a loyal customer and spending money with THEM. And something very simple to correct or make right. Thankfully I haven't had any issues with the rewards since, and I don't have to worry about spending them as fast and then last minute having issues. Between the the issues with the codes not working and having to spend them almost immediately, it almost caused me to cancel my CC. I also like we can track our rewards easier. Before it took a long time to show up or see what we were earning from our spendings.

I had a great experience with West Elm. I ordered 4 bedding items that were on sale and only available online. I ordered them on Feb 12th and they arrived in the same box on my doorstep on Feb 17th.

We were really sceptical about ordering from West Elm reading other reviews. However, our canopy bed frame arrived as scheduled and is truly stunning. A fair trade, gorgeous, well made bed that makes our master perfect now! We will be ordering more furniture again with confidence.
