Woman Within – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have been using this company for over 15 years and have generally been pretty happy with my purchases. They sell basic, timeless, larger sized clothing at reasonable prices with nice color selections. The clothing is not made to last forever, but at least with their reasonable pricing, I get my money's worth. I have to be careful and selective, however, to avoid needing to return things, because shipping costs and return shipping costs are high, and it is difficult to deal with customer service (the usual call center waits for ignorant reps that almost every company, even with higher prices, subjects customers to). I tend to order in batches, e.g., when I have a major discount promo, and stick with mostly time-proven items. I also like that they allow payment with paypal which avoids credit card confusion.

I purchased 2 items from Decathlon and received the items with no problem. It didn't fit me so I open an RMA to exchange to another size. Your return request RMA457479 for order USS426359 has been submitted successfully.

I just ordered again from Woman Within and as always, am perfectly satisfied. The clothing is beautiful and just as pictured. The last time I ordered, approximately one year ago, the shipping took longer than usual, about three weeks, but this time everything was shipped promptly. One caveat: The only thing I order from Woman Within are tops, and I know my size, so I have never wanted to return anything. The only time I was ever unhappy with an item was when I did not like the feel of a shirt against my skin, so I ended up wearing it only twice. But I realized that was my own fault for not noting what type of material the top was made out of before ordering, so I did not attempt to return it. Thus I can't speak to their return policy or what it is like to return. It seems to me that the vast majority of complaints are about returns. To that I can only say, be certain of your size, and be certain of the material, so you don't want to return. Returns aside, I think this is a great company for larger women.

I've been shopping there for over 20 years. I love what I order. You must follow the guide and don't guess at your size with any company.
