Very clear instrutions, the test arrived quickly and the results also came back quickly. I would reccomend for the fastest service, do the test and take it to the post office the same day.

I decided to take the York Test after my daughter recommended it to me, and after I’d had an immediate allergic reaction to something whilst on holiday and I wanted to find out what had caused it. Surprisingly I’m allergic to soy and intolerant to egg yolk. I eliminated them and feel good. I will permanently eliminate soy and have slowly reintroduced eggs. The test results came back very quickly and then an appointment was booked with their nutritional therapist who gave me helpful advice. Today I had another call from York checking how I am doing and if I needed any other help. I have been very impressed with the service and caring attitude to my issues. I would definitely recommend it for anyone struggling with food intolerances.

I’ve been having an allergic reaction and food intolerance for quite some time and it was really hard to find out what the cause was but after taking this test I was able to narrow down the list of possible causes. It’s easy to do it yourself at home and I received the results in a couple of days. After years bein diagnosed with IBS I always suspected something wasn't right, I knew I had bad hayfever and also a cat allergy but never had anything confirmed. After having ongoing digestive issues and severe pain all options were exhausted. Had my gallbladder removed in Feb and still have issues. I decided I had nothing to lose ( apart from the cost) to see if there was something I was missing. The results came back and they were markers for things I had never considered, or know I wouldn't have found on my own. Previously I had done low fodmaps etc, researching gut health, tried everything. Turns out im intolerant to Yeast (which gets into SO much) and egg yolk! Again something I wouldn't consider. I strongly recommend the follow up with the nutritionist, she was very helpful and gave me some great tips. Will start eliminating these foods now. I got the food and environmental intolerance and the allergy testing. Would recommend both as it shows differently in your blood. Allergies all the grasses, rye, hazelnuts, salmon, again things I am exposed too alot and would never expect. Since eliminating these foods I've dropped half a stone, must be from pure inflammation. And have sent to my GP to discuss further. If you are at the end of your patience and do not feel right id recommend this to find out root cause. Head fog, skin issues, low mood, bloating, constipation is all going and I feel more alert and able to live my life now. Forever thankful to York for giving me the answers I need!!
