ZALORA SG – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had to go for crazy manouvers to buy two pairs of the same singlasses model that I cherish ( it was a gift of a loved one and I lost the original one and found them in Zalora, so bougth two).. I had them shipped to my friend in SIngapur, another friend went by chance on Holidays to Singapur and could finally bring me my glasses-to Spain And sadly Zalora had sent the wrong glasses!!! Their mistake. Yes it's passed more than a month, but I just want the glasses I purchased... and send them theirs ( which are perfect... i sent picts). Their answer: Impossible ...sorry for the inconveniences....that's their answer after explaining it all... 20 emails letter..... really? Exceptions make the rule. Are we human still? You packed wrongly.... ..I just want the pairs I ordered, nothing more, nothing less. I have seen they still have both of them in Stock... hope they are sensitive and change their mind. thank you

There so many negative feedback about ZALORA. This is my 1st bad experience with ZALORA. I share my experience with you all. I orders 2 items costing S$426.70 waited for my delivery since 20 Dec 2022 and until today 7 Jan 2023 no sign of delivery. I check the tracking shows customs processing. I chat with the staff in the apps said that they are actively trying to solve my issues with the seller. They updated me said the seller can’t do anything to expedite the process as my items is still under custom process. My items has been sitting DUCK in there for many weeks. I believe I don’t get to see my order’s anymore. Either the item been stolen or missing in custom and not coming to Singapore at all. When I ask for refund, they tell me I can reject once delivery arrives at my door step. What if the items never arrive in Singapore and then I will never get to receive it? Meaning I can never get my refund in any form right? This is how ZALORA do the trick in cheating customers for my money. I regretted placing order with ZALORA in the 1st place. I have wasted my savings for this order and never get to see it at all. Now I just have to carry on with life and forget about my order THANKS to ZALORA for DISAPPOINTING so many customers now I don’t trust buying from ZALORA anymore. I need to save again and once enough I will just walk down to Orchard Road to get a similar item.

Refund order for no reason after 3 days of purchased !!! I’m exited to wait for my Xmas present to be delivered. Zalora canceled my order for no reason. Does Zalora understands customer’s feelings?

Bought a pair of shoes and a couple of tshirts. Everything perfect.
