I have been using Zoolz for many years, including the now-discontinued lifetime subscription other reviewers have mentioned. I transitioned to the 5TB business offering when the 1TB lifetime subscription was discontinued. I have no regrets about choosing Zoolz. It reliably backs up files from my workstations and server to Amazon’s Cold Storage. I am very happy with the online interface and the simplicity of the software. On the occasions that I have had to restore files, this has been straight forward and was able to choose which version of the files to restore and where to restore them. If you need an off-site backup for your files in case of disaster, you should consider Zoolz.

OK guys, everybody is griping about the $35/1TB Plan and the msgs about maintenance plan. For now, I'm just ignoring the message. I never got a Account Cancel msg. My account did get locked, don't know why. I msg'ed support and they unlocked. I'm back in business. To my knowledge "No Data Loss", all working as advertised. I'm sticking with it. If anyone has more info, please post.

Great tool for automated backup of software, which also backs up network drives. Support quick to reply and with resolutions. Interface for accessing the backup data is awesome, and allows sharing with others on an individual file basis, and restores are quick too, via downloads. I've been using it for over a year now.

Subscription info was in various locations making it hard to arrive at a clear decision but having an account manager providing support was a great help.
