Albany Park – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered a Kova sectional from them in August 2022. First, it took forever for them to process the order. Then it took a while for it to be delivered. I reached out to customer service to cancel and was told it had already been shipped but a few days prior I was told it wasn't processed. They offered a whole $75 credit for the inconvenience on an item that costs $2k. Amazing... I took possession of it when it finally arrived. I was relatively pleased with the sofa so I decided to order additional pieces to make it larger. Please another order and customer serviced reached out to tell me they changed manufacturers so the pieces won't match what I've already got. WHO CHOOSES A MANUFACTURER WHO CAN'T MATCH THE PREVIOUS SPECS?? That defeats the whole purpose of buying a mod sofa, in my opinion. So, I ended up cancelling the armless part but went ahead to order an ottoman because that's the only piece that wasn't affected. I placed that order one week ago. I still haven't received confirmation the order was processed. I emailed CS to check on it and was told there would be another 5-10 business days before it would actually ship. ON WHAT PLANET DOES IT TAKE THAT LONG?? It isn't custom. I tried to give them another chance and they've proven they aren't a good company from which to buy. I asked them to cancel my order. So, I'll be selling my sofa on Facebook Marketplace and getting a new mod sectional from a company who can actually fulfill orders in a timely fashion and will have additional parts if need be. Stay far away from these people.

I ordered the KOVA sectional couch in green as it had such high reviews on their site. The couch is absolutely horrendous to sit on. In between each section it’s hard as a rock and you have to have another pillow in order to feel comfortable. Turns out that they monitor those reviews on their website. When I went to leave my review and asked for a refund, it was never posted. They also never returned my emails or calls about my return within my 30 day moneyback guarantee. This is the worst couch I’ve ever sat on. The colors not like the photos online and they refused to contact me back about my return. It’s a scam for all I’m concerned and now I’m stuck with the couch until I can resale it. But I doubt anyone who sits on it in person will want to buy it.

Absolutely love this couch! My partner has had her eye on one for quite a while, and when we bought a big enough house for it this was the first piece of furniture we bought! Delivery was smooth, set up was easy and the couch is great! So comfortable that we oftentimes end up knocking out on it while watching a movie on weekend nights. Great size and easy to arrange to different set ups. Highly recommend!

Love my Kova Pit! So happy with my choice! Great quality, easy to maintain, and looks very nice! I will look for more Albany Park pieces in the future!
