The item is cheap and absolutely disgusting. Paid $65 for rubbish. I thought because it’s coming from Australia it may be good, only to learn that if you want to return the item you have to return it to China. What an absolute joke. This is a scam and their products and cheap and look like crap.
Avoid this company like the plague. Their form of customer service is to take your money and then ignore you. I bought a bag from them and appears to have been lost in transit; the tracking status hasn't changed for 17 days. It's still, supposedly, waiting to be cleared by customs. I've contacted them on several occasions and they haven't had the common decency to respond. I even warn them that if they didn't provide a refund I would contact PayPal; that didn't move them to any action either.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Their return policy, they say, is 30 days with no questions asked. When I emailed the company to return a product we had purchased as a gift, the rep told me the return policy was 15 days however when I took a screenshot of their return policy on their website they emailed me back and said "Yes you are correct it is 30 days"!!! What they fail to tell you is that you have to ship the items to China and they don't cover the shipping costs!! The shipping costs exceeded the price of the item!! Nowhere on their website do they disclose that the items have to be returned to China! So just know that if you are not satisfied with your product you are stuck with it!!!
I bought a backpack and one of the straps just came off when I was trying it on. Sent email to their costumer service with picture and they request for you to pay for the return shipping!!!
Terrible experience with Bagsmart. I would not buy anything from them. I ordered a laptop bag and clearly my order showed what color I wanted on the confirmation email. They sent the wrong bag and wrong color but insisted it was my mistake and would not refund my money. The customer service person that wrote to me was argumentative and rude. Steer clear and go with a more reputable company. Not worth the hassle.
Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I ordered a bag that was meant to get to me in 2 weeks, but after 4 weeks of no delivery, I emailed them to address the issue, in which I got no solution. Their customer service and communication is terrible. Their emails are completely unprofessional, they can’t even send proper emails addressing the customer. Just one sentence replies with no punctuation. They did not express any sort of apology or concern for my situation and just told me to give it more time, even though my item was clearly not coming and was incredibly overdue. After requesting a refund to which they ignored, they sent me a screenshot of the supposed 6 attempted deliveries. It didn’t make any sense. As if the fact that I spent $40 and received nothing was my fault?? They offered no solution. Do not be conned out of your money. I am absolutely outraged and will never be dealing with this company ever again.
I can't comment on their product as I never received it, however I have to say the customer service and ordering system were far from great. I ordered from their website to have an item delivered to Australia. I instantly thought it was odd that there wasn't extra shipping charges. However within a day I received an email to say that their Australian warehouse was out of stock and would have new stock available later that month. However a whole month and a bit passed with no contact. I sent numerous emails, messages on their website form and got no reply at all for a week straight. I honestly thought I had been scammed out of my money. I then went to their social media and asked on their latest instagram post if someone could please respond as I was starting to worry I'd been duped. Eventually I got a DM back to tell me they were growing faster than expected and sales staff couldn't keep up with the emails. They then told me my item is no longer made so could I choose another product. The link they gave me had my item still available. I questioned this and received a simple reply - they are not available. I asked for my money back through IG DM's and I also sent an email saying that I would follow the money up with PayPal if they didn't refund it in the near future. I can say that they refunded my money very promptly. Thank you Bagsmart. However I won't deal with this company again and highly recommend that if you buy a product, get in contact with them before pressing purchase, or buy through a reputable store who stock their product.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went through an order return and it was one of the worst product experiences and company interactions I have ever experienced. Never answered my questions and kept diverting the conversation. Do not order through them. Go to Amazon or another trusted route if customer service/support.
