Denon – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The Bluetooth never worked... Customer service was not bad! But this made me laugh... "You need to send it to a repair shop to fix it" So I do that... Got it back and it still does not work so I ask for a refund.... Call back Customer Service and they say "Because a 3rd party company repaired it, you are no longer allowed a refund or return" ... I literally could not believe how insane that is... Long story short I ate the $500 and tossed it, went out and bought a Yamaha and it has been amazing! Do not buy Denon products!!

What can I say. I am only basing this review on their DJ equipment side of things. I have used Denon DJ gear for years, that includes their high end mixers and headphones. Never had an issue and the gear is quality!

Ich hatte mehrfach telefonisch Kontakt mit dem Support. Ich kann nichts negatives vermelden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr kompetent und bemüht meinen Fehler an dem DRA 800H zu beseitigen. Nach zweimaligen Einsendungen war das Gerät wieder wie gewohnt einsatzbereit.

Una estafa; no puedo acceder a radio por la internet como indican otros comentarios q he leido..función q me hizo decidir por Denon. Mal muy mal. Además meses de reparacion por fallos del equipo.. tomé una decisión equivocada

Ich habe eine Stereo Anlage bei mir zu Hause! Ich habe die Stereoanlage schon seit einiger Zeit aber sie funktioniert immer noch perfekt! Ich finde es aber schade dass sie keine Bluetooth Funktion hat! Ich finde es von Denon kein Erweiterungsstück gibt mit dem man die Anlage Bluetooth tauglich machen kann! Trotzdem mega tolle Anlage!
