TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not shop here. I have been back and forth with Dynamite over the past month and a bit for many different issues about my Dynamite orders (it is my own fault to have given them another chance after the first issue). First, I ordered online and they sent my items with the security tag on it - honest mistake, it happens, but I had to go in-store to get the tag removed and it was a hassle emailing them back and forth to get a refund. While I was in-store dealing with this issue, I thought I'd give them another chance so I purchased some things. Bad idea... I wore the shirt once and it had a ton of pulls in it an hour into wearing it. I emailed them with pictures and everything, again, another hassle to get my money back. So in store I go again... this time I return something else with that I had ordered, not worn yet, tags still on, within the full refund time frame. The woman assured me the refund would be back on my visa in a few days, I even saw it pending on my visa (I took a screenshot because of all the issues I have been having with Dynamite) and then it vanished. Next thing I know I receive a gift card credit... so they provided me with a credit on a gift card rather than refunding my visa which is what was supposed to happen. Again... annoying and frustrating.. I emailed them AGAIN... and they were very VERY unhelpful, unpleasant and I have yet to have my refund back. I have never experienced having to go back and forth so many times on email or in-store to resolve issues that should have not happened in the first place. I am very understanding of misunderstandings and mistakes, however, I do not appreciate the lack of unhelpfulness, unfriendliness and miscommunication I have been receiving. It is very very disappointing and I will no longer be shopping at Dynamite.
What a SCAM company. Stay away at all cost. I ordered 9 items and only received ONE. The delivery was split in two shipments, 1 + 8, guess which one was "lost". The UPS reported the delivery failure of the package worth $600, because they received empty cartons from the DYNAMITE. Never in my life have I ever had something like this in my long life of online shopping. DYNAMITE didn't even bother to solve the case, I called them 3 times and they keep feeding me with the "case tickets" and closing them. Still no refund after 2 weeks.
Avoid like the plague. One of the most unprofessional shambles of a business. Online order to store lost. Imagine an order to their own store goes missing. Support told me it was in store and in store have no record of it. Used the chat function which was unhelpful and childish, eventually they stopped answering any queries or even acknowledging the queries. Used the contact line and was number 1 in queue, waited 27 minutes and no one answered. Staff don’t even do the bare minimum. Ridiculous.. stay far far away and spend your money elsewhere!!
Bought daughter clothing here for her birthday. Prices are ridiculous for cheap quality clothes.

I’ve been buying from this company for years, and the last time, I paid more than $150 for an order and never received it, then I tried EVERY WAY possible to contact them, but I don’t think there’s a single living person behind this company Lol this was the first and only time I needed their customer service. so I’d avoid them as much as possible. Too bad because they have some nice clothes, so the only way I’d shop from this company would be to go to the store, but they left a bad taste.
They stole $$$ from me! I have shopped and reccomended Dynamite for years. I recently shipped back an online order for refund. There were 2 small, sheer items and a plaid of jeans (quite bulky). They only refunded me for the two small, sale items and when I emailed and chatted them to say that I also shipped the jeans back, they continuously told me the jeans were not in the package so they cannot refund me. I’m out the money and the jeans. I can’t believe this. They have a terrible return process and they do not care about the customer at all. I guess they needed the money more than me. Will not shop here again
Bought the mesh tights from them a couple weeks ago and wore them once and they RIPPED. I tried to explain that to the manager at the Pen Centre location but she refused to help me. I work retail too and when a product is damaged you typical return something to at least a store credit! I left the store with no customer satisfaction. And the same ripped tights.

Everyone at the Chinook store was extremely helpful! Made sure I felt welcome upon entering the store and there was tons of products, didn't have to ask for sizes in the back! Store was displayed well! Would definitely go back!
