No stars for you Florists.com. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. They did not deliver the flowers i ordered for my 85 year old mother. This will probably be her last birthday. Shame on you Florists.com. I will be disputing the 82.00 charge on my Discover card. Shame Shame Shame.

If I could give zero stars I would. terrible customer service got my order wrong unable to modify my order on the website or on the phone. Was disconnected multiple times after being on hold for several minutes… TERRIBLE

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered through Rakatun so I thought it was valid. All day was waiting for flowers to be delivered to a friend, and nothing. Tried to reach out to customer service via messanger, took the email and the order number and have been watching 3 little dots for the past 30 minutes. Reporting to Rakatun.

This is the review I sent this company: I am emailing you to say a Big Thank You. My daughter loves her flowers and says that they are more beautiful today than when they first arrived. Thank you so much and I will be using you in the future. I wasn't sure because of some of the reviews, but I'm so glad I tried them--flowers were beautiful.

I placed an order to be delivered on Aug 14, 2020. Initially, I believed the order would not be honored because the delivery was late, however, the recipient confirmed receipt and was happy with the final arrangement.
