I have read the reviews regarding hers and I was sceptical at fist. Lots of negative things being said. I decided to try it anyway. I feel like this service is for very specific people, and people with severe depression or seeking therapy need to look into other options. For me I have mild depression and anxiety and have had great success with low dose Prozac. I unfortunately had to stop taking it after I switched states and lost my insurance. I do not like going through general practice doctors and being forced to go to therapy in order to get my prescription. Therapy has never worked for me and gives me anxiety because I’m a homebody and hate talking to people. HERS gave me the option of getting my exact same prescription of 10mg Prozac without the need to go to a doctor or therapist. The reason HERS works for me is because I knew what I wanted to take and have had a good experience with this medication in the past. If you are unsure of where to start with your journey I would suggest a primary care doctor instead of HERS but if you know what you want and don’t want the hassle of therapy or doctors then HERS might work for you. The price of my prescription is higher than when I had insurance but I’ll pay extra for the convenience. Overall I’m happy with my experience so far.
