I have subscribed to beauty drop service monthly since its launch. However I recently changed address and my quarterly box was delivered to old address in error. I contacted the customer service team as soon as i discovered and they swiftly updated my details in their own records to ensure issue was not repeated. Furthermore they despatched another box which I received the next day. Many thanks from a happy repeat customer.

In store experience was welcoming and staff on hand to assist. A real Christmas vibe and a brand that hasn't lost its way, thankfully!

Easy process from ordering online to collecting in store. Friendly staff and the young lady that served me , unpacked my box , as I did not want to take the packaging away and placed everything in my carrier bag.
