Windows updates seems to prevent Mcafee from working sometimes but after contact by telephone the problems was resolved fast and correctly. We use McAfee on two mobile phones and two laptops. Besides this I had never problems and I like the many features they offer. I can advice the program.

McAfee customer service has come a long way from what it used to be. Trust me I come from a customer service background (Director level) and I know great customer service when I see it. Couple weeks back I had issues with installing on one of my pc's tech support online quickly connected to my pc and soled the issue. I got not one but two callbacks as a follow up (I know excessive and I told them that). Today I contacted again due to those annoying popups! I tried chatting but when I typed into the chat bar it wouldnt appear so I disconnected, forgot I had added my number in the form they called me back, connected again to my pc and shut the popup down. Fixed it? nah, :0) BUT they were extremely apologetic and stated that an update/fix was coming up in next week or so so I could shut down notifications myself. I dont know about you but how many times have YOU been disconnected and an agent ACTUALLY called you back on the number you know they had? Yep, never! McAfee even though didnt solve gets five stars from me!
