Rad Power Bikes is a very dynamic company. Their founding leader Mike Radenbaugh is a very cool dude. He cares about his customers and his employees and he does his best to build creative and reliable and beautiful electric bicycles. Every machine can have an issue and I know this because I am a technician but Rad Power Bikes does their best to help their customers pre-sale and post sale. I have a Rad Runner and I love it. My bike has over 3000 hard ridden miles on it and it’s still cruising trouble free!

Just bought a RAD Battery Travel Case. It is of very good quality and fits my battery AND charger perfectly. I do not own a RAD eBike. My bike is a Gazelle C380 with the Bosch Power system (500W battery and motor). I would recommend anyone looking for battery storage to get one of these cases.

Went on our annual Gibsons Yacht Club GALLOPING Goose triail ride. After my hip replacement in March I decided to go with an e-bike this year. My rad bike was perfect for the trip. Easy to put together and worked perfectly on the trip. Not a real experienced rider but my Rad bike made this years ride the most enjoyable of the past 4 years. Thanks Rad!

I am a proud owner of both the Rad Runner and the Rad Wagon from Rad Power Bikes. Having logged over 2,600 miles on the Rad Wagon and 1,800 miles on the Rad Runner, I can vouch for their durability and fun factor. It's hard to go unnoticed when you're on one of these bikes. I constantly receive comments on how "Rad" they are to ride. The Rad Wagon has become my favorite mode of transportation for family outings. I take my kids just about everywhere on it, much to their delight. The smiles on their faces as we ride around town are priceless. We have had three significant problems with our Rad Rover step throughs. On each issue we have received excellent customer service. We took my wife's Rad Rover to the Salt Lake City store due to a battery charging issue. We met with Liam in the service area. Liam explained what the problem was with the battery. He apologized for the problem and replaced the battery. He also answered several questions for us thoroughly and clearly. He advised us on how to best service our bikes on our own. Liam is an excellent ambassador for the Rad brand. We truly appreciate the staff at the Rad Power Bike store in Salt Lake City.
