Shipt – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’ve overall had a great experience with Shipt. The shoppers they hire are typically better quality than other delivery services. I don’t know why that is, if it’s luck of the draw, or if they have a special interview and selection process. Regardless, I’ve had some of the hardest working, and kindest people shop for me over the past year. My one gripe about Shipt is that when I place orders directly on the target circle app, I’m not able to save the Shipt shopper in my favorites. This is detrimental to the shopper, to me, and to Shipt. I’ve been told by Shipt customer service that I must shop through their app to add a shopper as my favorite. I’ve requested that someone manually enter the shoppers since it isn’t allowed as a member. I’ve requested that their system be updated so I could add a favorite shopper. I’ve requested specific shoppers by name to be added to my favorites list on Shipt and Shipt customer service refuses. This should not be such a complicated situation. Allow the shopper to be appreciated regardless what app someone is purchasing through. I’m still a paying Shipt member. I’m still using Shipt service. I’m still tipping the Shipt shopper. I’m doing everything except ordering through the Shipt app. Yet Shipt will not allow me to create a favorites list because I order through target. it makes no sense. I refuse to order through the Shipt app because they increase store prices. I want to know that I am paying Target the price that Target has set. This is also the reason I will never shop directly through any other shopping apps (looking at you, Instacart). These shopping companies have a right to charge a service fee, but they do not have the right to change the prices on the products.

Thankful for the service.it’s needs some improvements but overall good idea.I like the target app delivery by Shipt shopper and the helpful tools to shop and keep me updated. Needs a non-biased or fair reporting for issues or similar to this. It should not affect the customer or shopper as much as it does. Like opportunity for training or improvement should be part of the job not some way a punishment. Like I as the customer shouldn’t take the full responsibility, cost for things out of my control. Cool features to make shopping easier online and communicate with shopper with text because I need that option.

After using Instacart for several years, I had a major problem with their customer service online. Their drivers/shoppers are mostly great, but their system, website, customer service is horrendous. Switched to Shipt a couple months ago and absolutely love it.....just their online ordering is so much easier. Will never go back.....

Hope was great! The store didn’t have two of the main things that I wanted. I asked if I could cancel the order, and she said yes. I also offered to give her a cash tip.. But she declined. You are lucky if you get Hope as your shopper.

I live in Minnesota and have never had a bad shopper. Always friendly and show up on time. The only issue I have with Shipt is that I don't always seem to get credited for the coupons I use when shopping(Target). If I am getting the discounted (coupon) price, it is not indicated in the subtotal. This is kind of annoying.
