I am enjoying my headphone upgrade. I love the noise cancelling feature and the sound quality is top notch. I was so excited to have a good quality headset, that I didn't expect the experience to get any better. Then, I started tweaking my devices and the experience has deeply impressed my ear-holes. I purchased the Q20 via Amazon so to my surprise, they have a legit website. Overall, I don't see the need to explore any other brand. It's an easy to use and good quality product.

Ich bin ausnahmslos begeistert von Soundcore und generell von allen Anker-Marken. Die Produkte haben ein unschlagbar gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Und wenn man mal ein Anliegen hat (z.B. Preisgarantie), meldet sich der Kundenservice auch am späten Abend sofort per Mail. Und zwar nicht per automatischer Antworten von irgendwelchen Bots, sondern von richtigen Mitarbeitern. Mein Anliegen wurde dann innerhalb von nur 24 Stunden zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit geklärt. Ich bin also super zufrieden und werde euer Produkt auch weiterhin gerne kaufen, Weiter so!

I have enjoyed Anker products for a few years. I recently purchased the Sleep A10 which I loved and have helped me sleep better. I noticed a problem with one bud turning off by itself. I contacted support they gave me some trouble shooting advice. The problem persisted. I contacted again and was in touch with Esther who told me they were sending me a new product They said it would come within 14 days but I received it 3 days later. I'm so impressed and grateful. Thank you

Pleasantly surprised by this lot. 40 quid for headphones as an interim whilst I get my AirPods fixed and wondering now why I spent 200+ on those when the sound quality and battery life is so good on these. Recommend.
