Spinnaker Watches – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Purchased the Boettger limited edition dive watch. The packaging is beautiful and so is the watch. I will have to say that the bezel is very hard to grip. It needs to extend out further from the case but that's not a deal breaker if your not a professional diver. Unfortunately there are some problems that are very disappointing. As a dive watch they were thoughtful to have a metal and rubber strap. Unfortunately the bands are attached by a two piece pin with screw head on both sides. They did include a small screw driver but it's useless. It will not fit in the lug holes and it's only one. The other issue is the long end of the pin does not go through and into the other lug so alignment of the two sides are near impossible. Last is the strap. The strap is made out of an almost sticky rubber instead of silicone. It is extremely hard to get the one end through the first loop because of it's sticking. Until they fix the pins and make a band out of silicone I have to unfortunately say stay away from this watch or any of there watches that are like this one. Just ashame for such a beautiful watch.

If you’re not getting through to customer service, you’re either contacting the wrong people or you need to check your spam filter. I had a QT issue with a Bradner watch I ordered from them, and reached out for a resolution. They quickly sent a prepaid return label, and immediately sent out a replacement, which is beautiful. I couldn’t have been happier with the responses I received. I also ordered another Spinnaker, a Fleuss, and was also quite happy with the product and transaction. Will definitely do business with again, because they have quality products that they clearly stand behind.

Ordered the MCS HASS Ltd edition and cannot fault the service, delivery communication ( mine was DPD much improved these days, 2 working days) and most importantly the product quality. The watch is heavy, great quality, the box and packaging were 1st class , as was the free turquoise cap. Highly recommended!

Having read all the bad news here, I nevertheless placed my order for a blue Spinnaker Piccard, having been totally floored by the design and the way it had been carried out. My order was processed here in UK in less than two weeks from placing my order, and the watch arrived, working, in time for my birthday. I remain entranced by this watch, one of a collection of over thirty similarly large timepieces. Bearing in mind that it cost way less than half the price of a Breitling service here in UK, I'm very pleased with it. It needed two links removing to make it comfortable. but with daily wears of a Rolex DSSD and Marathon J-SAR, it is probably more easy on the wrist than either of those watches.

The Spinnaker Dumas is an impressive piece of kit on the size front but once on the wrist it sits pretty and is comfortable. The bracelet was large (which is good, better too large than too small) and impressive ( I removed 2 links to fit).The watch itself is attractive, functional and well lumed. The watch is hackable and is hand windable. However the bezel is a little stiff but better that than too slack. Once ordered delivery was swift. A dispatch email was sent with the tracking code and subsequent info was provided by the 'Shop' app which I had previously installed on my phone. A delivery email was also sent. At the time of writing I haven't noticed any time keeping anomalies that might cause concern.
