Stone and Strand Cash Back Calculator

The cashback calculator is available in some cashback services (for example, SecretDiscounter) on the page of each store and allows you to quickly calculate the amount of cash back that will be returned after a purchase. However, to calculate the cashback, the calculator uses the maximum store rate, and if the store has several rates for different categories of goods, the calculator takes into account the largest one.

Another poor review

Another poor review. I ordered a necklace through net a porter for around £250. This snapped in less than a year. When I went to net a porter they told me it was my own fault when clearly it is because the necklace is of poor quality. Please think twice before buying from this brand.

Sasha
Terrible experience and left disappointed

Ordered a stone and strand necklace via net-a-Porter at the cost of £260. I was so careful with it, but one day while taking it off it fell apart in my hands in multiple places. I contacted net-a-Porter and got the rudest response claiming it was my fault without even asking what happened. Now need to repair at my own cost. So livid

Will not buy from them again. Cheap quality, flimsy.

I ordered an initial necklace with a diamond. It was over $200 and I was so disappointed - it looked so cheap. The chain looked like it cost $5 and definitely did not feel sturdy/like it would stand up to everyday wear. I returned for a refund but did not hear anything after my return had been delivered back to them (which I could see from the tracking). I had to post comments on their Instagram feed in order to get someone to respond to me. That worked and I was refunded right away. I won't ever buy from this website again. There are many other sites with jewelry at around the same price but MUCH higher quality. (BabyGold, Mejuri, Catbird, and Oradina are all much better in my opinion.)

Be Leary

I wish that I had looked at the reviews before I purchased an item. The store has now had my return for 22 days and has yet to send an email saying their processing the refund or refunding the charge. The customer service is terrible. They don't answer their phone even during "business hours". So disappointing.

Worst customer service

The pieces are beautiful but the customer service is insanely bad. They take so long to respond and did not seem to care about my issue at all. For the price of their jewellery and their claim of being a sustainable and ethical company, they do not care about their customers at all.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I have never written a review before, but I would rate this company 0 stars if I could. At this point, I think it is a scam. I ordered two necklaces, one was $495 and a gift for my mom's birthday. Conveniently, they sent me the wrong item for the necklace instead of the $495 one. When I reached out about this issue, the first person I spoke to told me that I should send back the incorrect item I received and they would send me the item I initially ordered and gave me 20% off my next order. I reached back out for next steps and was met with a different customer service person who told me this would be a "one time exception" (even though I didn't do anything wrong and the company made the mistake). I sent back the item and did not hear back. I tracked the item and saw that it was delivered at their facilities and have sent countless emails about when the item I purchased will be sent to me... still have not heard back. I tried calling and went straight to voicemail saying they were "closed" even though the time I called was within business hours. I think I got completely ripped off and will never see my $495 again or the necklace I initially purchased. I am still waiting to hear back a week later and have had no resolve with this issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. I will never purchase again or recommend to anyone.

Last year purchase through…

Last year earrings purchase through Net-a-Porter (certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council). Not genuine Opal gemstone.

Do not recommend

I ordered two rings, one of which was clearly damaged/misshapen upon arrival. Customer service was pretty nonchalant about it (it's not a pair of jeans - it's a diamond ring!) but agreed to provide a refund. The communication wasn't great -- for example, I asked them to waive the return shipping fee since it was their error, but they kept giving vague, scripted non-answers. In light of the weird customer service, I became worried about their legitimacy as a company and their quality control, like what would happen if I discovered an issue with the other ring (and they were much flimsier and more cheap looking in real life anyway) so I shipped both back. Then it took 2 weeks to get any update on the refund. I also tried calling their phone line 10x to talk to someone, but it wasn't in service. I understood it was a busy season, but this is a fine jewelry company and people are spending a lot of money (my order was $1k). Then they finally processed my refund... but only refunded me for one of the rings and charged me for return shipping anyway. After I sent several frustrated emails, they refunded the rest a few days later with a tone-deaf message not acknowledging that they sent me a damaged ring in the first place and made the return process difficult and drawn out. This brand is way overhyped. Their whole shtick is that they sell fine jewelry at more affordable prices, but you get what you pay for. If you're spending this kind of money anyway you may as well invest in more legit and respectable brands.

DO NOT BUY PIERCING EARRINGS

I ordered a piercing earring from them for my tragus piercing. I followed their instructions for securing it to the letter. Two-three days laters I realized the earring was no longer in my piercing. Such a waste of money. I wish I had checked here prior to ordering from them.

I also purchased a pair of the teeny…I feel conned

I also purchased a pair of the teeny diamond stud earrings also in January 2021 for my daughter via Net-a-Porter. They also turned an ugly rust colour which made me question what did I exactly buy. I firstly tried to find out from Net-a-Porter (I will leave a separate review on them who I purchased them from). I sent original email 18/7 with my specific question to customer service. I sent another reminder email 21/7 & got a generic response telling me they don’t have access to this information and referred me to their FAQ page. The last email traffic from them was 22/7 informing me that they don’t have any product information and they will pass my feedback to upper management. I didn’t give feedback I asked about the ‘gold’ that is stated on product description. I’ve never in my life had to deal which a company who clearly cannot be transparent with what they are flogging!
