I am a big fan of TSE - easy orders/returns and of course, great selection. But my most recent experience has been phenomenal. Amazing company. Wonderful communication with customer support by email. Lovely clothing, quick delivery. Highly recommended. It’s a shame there are bad reviews on here, because I’ve had no problems at all. I think people just review when they’ve had problems instead of emailing instead. A big thumbs up from me.

Amazing customer service from Jasmine. I read these reviews after purchasing, became very anxious. Emailed the customer service team to advice I was anxious and they reassured me that my parcel was being processed. It arrived today! 5 days after I placed my order. Amazing quality. I ordered shoes from Sports Edit in February but they were lost by the Royal Mail. Unfortunately, the Sports Edit does take 1-2 weeks to return with a reply by email and did not answer their phones. I was initially concerned about this but I received a response from Jasmine and after this my issue was resolved with no issues. They promptly sent me a replacement- the customer service was friendly and kind. I would definitely order from them again but next time collect my order from the post office.

Love this site. I was hesitant to purchase after I found a girlfriend collective skirt half off, so I looked on Trustpilot and saw a few negative reviews. However, I'm so glad I took the chance and went ahead with the purchase. It seems like the negative reviews are regarding a one time incident, as the company is still fairly small. They have a fab selection of brands (my fave being Girlfriend Collective). Once I made my purchase they even gave me £10 off my next order which could also be used on sale items...so I bought another Girlfriend Collective skirt. I've ended up just having to make a return and was happily surprised to notice that they give you a choice of getting a full refund on your original payment method or getting a gift card with an extra £4 added! If I had something else in mind to buy, this would have been a great option. Aside from this, you can return free with Royal Mail and it's super easy. Will 100% be purchasing from them again in the future.
