Dicen que traen los paquetes y es falso. Estás al teléfono una hora soportando una alocución estúpida. Pésimo servicio
Tuve que llamar a atención al cliente para saber si recibiría el paquete antes de una hora en particular y me atendieron muy bien. Al momento ya me llamó la repartidora y enseguida me lo trajo. Recibí el paquete en perfectas condiciones y la chica que lo entregó fue muy amable. Quedé encantada con ellos.
En mi caso, debo decir que muy bien, porque el trabajador que hizo entrega de mi paquete el martes 2 de enero en Massamagrell, se portó fenomenal, le estoy agradecida porque era muy importante para mí, espero que la empresa sepa valorar a trabajadores como el, que se implican y son responsables. No sé tú nombre, pero gracias.
Me asusté al ver todas las opiniones malas, pero al final la entrega ha sido perfecta. Era un pedido muy delicado pero el paquete vino en perfectas condiciones. El repartidor llamó antes para avisar de que venía y el trato fue muy bueno. Eso sí, llegó unos días más tarde de lo esperado porque tuvieron una incidencia que resolvieron enseguida. Supongo que depende del repartidor que te toque
Estaba asustada por todas las malas reseñas de esta empresa, pero en mi caso tuve suerte. El paquete (una TV de grandes dimensiones comprada en Carrefour.es) llegó dos días antes de la fecha estimada y en perfectas condiciones.
