Stuart Burton called to confirm he was on his way and arrived promptly. He sorted the issue with our franking machine quickly. Stuart was very polite and is an asset to Pitney Bowes.

The Engineer who attended was most helpful from the outset and was able to diagnose the fault immediately and despite the problematic nature of problem was able to prepare promptly. Have had no reported issues since and very pleased at outcome. The Engineer was very polite and helpful with any questions asked.

After a week of emailing back and forward and doing all the troubleshooting to try and get our franking machine working again Jim W Mitchell called and asked me to connect it up to our laptop and he pushed updates through and got us up and running again. He was very friendly and helpful.

Jim Mitchell came and installed our new franking machine today. He was very professional and polite, he explained to our receptionists how to use the new machine. Paperwork was sorted whilst he was here. He was then going to our other practice to install their new machine.

I intially struggled to set up an account login with PB but once I managed it the website is easy to use & the chat element was great once you got past the robot stage, learnt that I needed to simplify my questions to it, once I got to an adviser it was a dream, both agents TJ & Holly were pleasant, efficient & helpful & they managed to retrieve the aged invoices I needed.
