Great service and fast shipping!

My experience with Adorama is very good.

Slow shipping, took almost 2 weeks. Terrible packaging, ripped box right through the "handle carefully" message. This was a Fujifilm so you can understand my concern. Thankfully it appears to be working, but this is just an unacceptable lack of care, they should be way more careful with items like these.

On the website it clearly states Used video equipment has a 90-day warranty (for non F or X condition). When I discovered an issue with an E- condition item I bought after the 30-day return window, I was told it was out of the return period and I had to take it up with the manufacturer, according to the web chart person. I pointed out that the website lists 90-day warranty very clearly. Online support person insisted I'd have to send it to the manufacturer, which was a $325 fix. Phone support person, by contrast, right away told me it was under warranty and to send it in to them... Get everyone on the same page, or properly train chat support how to read and understand your own policies

I'm a commercial photographer who's been shopping at the NYC store for years. Recently bought a Profoto A10 Flash from the website, and when I received it, the box had already been opened and the product was clearly used. The customer service rep offered a $20 refund after I sent proof it had been used. I thought this was very insulting. This seems quite unethical.
