Agoda Tracking Order Status

To be honest, I was really worried after booking with Agoda due to all the bad reviews here. I called the hotel after I made the booking and they stated that everything was in order. I saved more than €1200 and I got a great family room with no defects or other issues. Also I contacted Agoda because I had some questions and they were easy to reach. Yes; they only speak English, but that was not a problem (they confirmed all by E-mail). So I was worried for nothing!…..

From my recent experience, I strongly recommend to avoid CASHBACK offer, this is an offer, just not refunded as what Agoda described in their apps. When Agoda sent me the notification to request my CASHBCK, I tried numerous times, through both apps and website site which said I don’t have access to the page. When I contacted the customer service with real time chat I spent almost 45mins and ended up saying she would send in the request and then email the instructions to me. They told me to log out and log in, uninstalled and installed the app, tried to install the apps by another device. It ended up to no success. When I contacted them again, one agent told me their app had no issue, asked me to send them the video or screenshot of error message. They kept making the whole process very complex, but suggested me to get the credit in Agodacash format. Alternatively, I will have to follow a link and provide my banking details that I would like to receive the CASHBACK to another platform called Hyperwallet. Again, if I want to avoid the risk of releasing information to this Hyperwallet, I can choose to receive Agodacash immediately credit to my account. Up to this point, it is obvious what their intention would be.

excellent service... paid nearly half price of booking com or hotel's own website. if u have issues ask hotellier if they work this company. i booked through from agoda for Lisbon ( 55 euro a 4 stars hotel ) and booked for a Disney hotel for half price of hotel own website and booking.com price ( explorer hotel Disney ) so happy with it. thanks Agoda. Why we should pay more?

I booked a room and then received a false cancellation email later on. I then booked a second room because I was short of time to find one and later realized I had two bookings in the system. They have a no cancellation policy and wouldn't refund my money even though their system sent an erroneous email. I won't be using them again.

Prenoto hotel con dichiarato nella policy di questo l'addebito della prima notte se non ci si presenta al checkin. Invece mi viene addebitato l'intera prenotazione (fortunatamente 2.notti, se no sarei.stata rovinata). Contatto il servizio clienti che nell'arco di 3 giorni mi fa sapere che l'hotel non ritiene di dover rispettare le proprie regole e rimborsarmi il dovuto in quanto ho cancellato la prenotazione. Mai cancellata, semplicemente non mi sono presentata sapendo che avrei pagato solo la prima notte. Le regole le.hanno scritte loro, non io. Ritengo che Agoda avrebbe dovuto far rispettare quello che l'hotel promuove e promette invece di non fare nulla. Tornerò al vecchio caro booking che costerà di più ma ti tutela.
