Cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I had an order back in August and I’ve loved the jelly bracelet, but unfortunately the bracelet just broke. I haven’t worn it very many times and the rest of it is in good shape. The plastic just snapped. Very disappointed. Customer service was willing to give me a 15% but the website was having 20% for custom Jewelry. Haha so that does really help.

Amazing customer service from Jamie!

I purchased a custom nameplate necklace for my daughter for Christmas, she absolutely loved it and wore it almost every day. Until unfortunately the chain broke. I reached out to customer service and Jamie responded right away, was super friendly and resolved the issue quickly offering a replacement or a refund (my daughter of course wanted the replacement because she loved the necklace so much)!
