CanvasWorld Tracking Order Status

I had a picture of myself from a trip to Egypt. I toyed with different sizes. During the pricess they gave me suggestions as to the size that would have the best outcome. It turned out fabulous. The clarity, colors were perfect. They kept me updated on the shipping process. The print was packaged well to prevent damage. I am already looking at other pictures to be completed on canvas.

I had them do a monochrome animal canvas 16x20 from one of my professional photos. The quality was absolutely perfect. The site is easy to use. Completion and shipping was as promised.

Canvas prints, especially of pets is very inconsistent. I had a nice about 20 x 16 canvas print of a pet which was given as a gift. I ordered another of a past pet and the head was half the size on the same size canvas. Could not tell that it was going to be that small from the proof. Why would I put a pet head on a 20 x 16 canvas that only takes up a quarter of the canvas. I would show you pictures if I were able to.

We had a local photographer take photos of our dogs with our intention of having it printed on a 40x60 canvas. She edited the photo with a copper background and submitted it for print. When the canvas arrived the background looked coral instead and one of the dogs was slightly cut off. Canvas world promptly worked with me to reprint the canvas to my satisfaction at no charge. Our canvas arrived today and I’m very pleased. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service; their web site says 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed and they aren’t kidding.

I received my beautiful print put to canvas yesterday, and would like to share my response upon receipt. MAGNIFICENT! More than met my expectation, and the card sent with the print made the purchase personal. I will use CanvasWorld again. Really beautiful work!
