Clarins Tracking Order Status

I must say that Clarinis never disappointed me. I am a big fan of their cosmetics, mostly body care range. I love their website and their attitude towards their customers, loyalty vouchers, gift sets and samples. Order usually is dispatched after 2 to 3 days from ordering moment and I never missed anything from my order. I am sorry to hear that other customers has different experience.

Following previous negative reviews I wrote tin Trustpilot, I need to recognise that Clarins customer service department has been able to meet and exceed my expectations. I had orders cancelled that have been re/sent free of charge and today I received a non expected parcel with several treats that head office has ent to me, because my last order was delivered with a day delay (8 working days). As I have mentioned before I love the products , but unfortunately due to the logistics and operational issues that Clarins has encountered in the last 3 months, it has at times been a very stressful experience ordering on line and receiving the items within the forecast delivery time. Thanks to Clarins customer service department, I have not lost my faith in Clarins online and I kept placing orders/confident that at some point , the issue would be solved. I believe Clarins is starting to operate more smoothly and, as I mentioned above ,my last order was nearly a success. Thank you.

I would give zero stars if I could. From ordering to delivery took 10 days (it arrived yesterday) with the most expensive item (night cream) missing and my gift (blue light card discount) not honoured. No receipt inside the package yet on my online clarins account the night cream has been delivered! I have never ordered anything where an item is missing without some form of communication from a company. I couldn’t care less if you’re moving warehouse or having logistical problems this is pure daylight robbery. You have charged me for an item I have not received therefore I would like the £49 returned to me. Order CLR_UK02822747 Update 1 June I’ve amended my score to reflect the swift service I received from Customer services, specifically Demi, who dealt with my complaint delicately and professionally. I received my refund for the missing item today and also received a gift (blue light discount) which was missing from the original order. Thank you.

I’ve just read the reviews and obviously I’m not the only person waiting for their order so this is just me venting… ordered last week for delivery a few days ago. Usually their delivery is on time. There was a message sent out on their website to say that because of the bank holiday (and probable delivery service issues) that orders would be late. Fine. But instead of ‘pending’ maybe change the status to ‘out for delivery’ so all of your valued customers don’t blame you?! I would have bought from store if I’d known I’d be waiting so long. I’m sure a further discount/present would make us feel a bit better… come on Clarins, make better choices!

I have now received my products and am very happy with them. I had previously given 1 star as I had expected my order within 3-5 days and it took 14 days to get delivery. I also tried phoning and contacting through website but was unsuccessful. If delivery had been when expected I would have given 5 stars.
