Très contente de la panière reçue, les débuts étaient un peu compliqués avec le service client (réponses très très longues et finalement plus de réponse du tout) mais finalement j’ai réussi à les contacter par un autre moyen et souci réglé en 24h. Merci à Jenny du service client ;)

Unusually had a problem with one of two items ordered directly from the manufacturer. Customer service by Joana was excellent, speedily dealt with my issue and a replacement item despatched the same day. Could not ask for anything more.

I ordered a Totem bin over the weekend. It arrived on Tuesday, the box was damaged and the bin dented. I sent an email which was straight away acknowledged. This morning I was contacted, and informed a replacement would be dispatched. I dealt with Joana who was polite, understanding and helpful. Excellent support and approach to resolving the problem. Faulty travel mug, 1 year old. There was a delay from my initial email to getting a reply. But, from the first email back from Cindy, she was very helpful and prompt, and within a few days she had arranged a replacement mug to be sent out. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service. Could not fault the customer service I received. Prompt and polite and all thanks to Jemimah for replacing a faulty glide ironing board that was in warranty. Very happy as it is the best ironing board I have ever used.
