Good variety of receipes. Tasty ,easy to put together. I would say instructions are slightly off with timing of both chicken and salmon .but we did accommodate for this. Only issue I found the chicken a bit stringy and tough

A great company making some delicious food. They are clearly making an effort to be environmental and I love that everything is gluten free. Only issue I have is that there are still quite a few plastic pouches, tubs and bags in the deliveries and the gel used in the cool bags has to be thrown in the bin.

I have been using Mindful Chef now for a couple months now and it has completely changed my life and how I cook! All recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free and also free of refined sugar which is great as it allows me to stay healthy whilst enjoying high quality delicious meals. I really enjoy choosing the recipes and meals I am going to be making each week! I have also begun to purchase the Ready To Go range which is amazing as well!! Definitely recommend trying if you haven't already!

On time delivery with tracking made life easier. Packaging great - everything for each meal bagged separately. Instructions were relatively simple and the results were delicious!
