Napa Auto Parts Tracking Order Status

Order a part for my car from a different business. They shipped it to the wrong state, and I needed it ASAP. Contacted your store in Wichita, Kansas and the gentleman I spoke to was so very helpful. Unfortunately, they did have the part and I couldn't get it for at least 3 days. I needed the part ASAP because they were going to work on my vehicle the next day. He asked me if I looked anywhere else and I said yes. Your location was cheaper that's why I was going with Napa. The gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond to help me. He contacted the manage at one of your competitors and I was able to have them match your price so I could get the part I needed and got my car fixed. Without his help, I wouldn't have a vehicle this work to go to work.

I went to the foothills Napa,centre on a mission to get some parts for my husband. I was served by a lady who was super helpful and very polite. I didnt catch her name sadly She wore glasses and had brown hair. In this crazy hustle bustle world it’s so refreshing to have some one help me out. This lady went above and beyond to help me with my lack of knowledge for the parts I needed. Thank you for being so courteous and helpful.

I had a problem with a recent purchase that turned out to be the incorrect part necessary to solve the problem after it was installed. I was able to return it with no difficulties whatsoever.
