Nap Tracking Order Status

I am sad to see the negative reviews on here. I ordered from Nap Loungewear after an ad came to my FB, and the stuff is AWESOME. My experience was perfect and I am a picky American customer like everyone else. I didn’t realize the company was foreign until the packaging came, but I have to say- everything about my experience was smooth, customer service has been great and communicative, and the clothing quality is fantastic. (I have previously bought loungewear from a different company and the stuff was less cute and cheaper quality.) So I have to hand it to Nap Loungewear. I bought two fleece sweatshirt dresses- so comfy, roomy, and soft- I love the big front pocket and the and the cute drawstring on the bottom. I bought 3 crewneck tiered dresses in different colors and they are adorable. Both the medium and large fit well! (They are roomy and run large.) I also bought a lounge “nightgown” with pockets and it has incredibly soft fabric. My 21 year old daughter is borrowing it as I write Also, I accidentally misplaced an item after opening the package, and I erroneously thought NapLoungewear had forgotten to ship it out to me. I emailed them to complain - and we began a conversation. They always responded within a couple hours. Faster than any American company I have dealt with. In the end, I located the dress, and they were thankful for my honesty. I am a serious new fan. Nap Loungewear is my new great find!

I just wanted to write another review because I have ordered twice from NAP for Christmas gifts for the past two years for my kids. The first order was for Christmas 2021 and my kids are still wearing the long hoodie dresses I bought them. My son’s is ripped on one side only because there are slits on the sides and it probably pulls when he gets up. My daughter wears hers all the time and it’s still in great condition. I got them new ones this Christmas after returning the original order of track sets that we didn’t like. I went with the hoodie dress again because my kids love them. My son wears his every day as pajamas and my daughter wears hers as a normal sweatshirt. They love the comfort and quality of the material and the way it’s made. Yes I had to pay $70 myself to return the track sets this past December, but in return we all got the items we love instead. I ordered a few long hoodie zip up hoodies for myself and I love them! They are so comfortable and cozy. I did notice the shipment took a long time and came from China which surprised me since I thought it was a U.S. company. And I believe returns should be covered by NAP, not the buyer. But we are very happy with our items from both times I have ordered from nap! I would order again from them.🙂

I love my items from Nap. I recently ordered the cotton jog set and the sweatshirt dress. I love them. Very well made and very comfortable. Shipping does take some time, so don’t expect the order to turnaround in a week. One of my items was not available in the color I wanted, but I heard from Nap via email, and a new color was ordered.

: I'm already aware that it takes a month or two for shipping and I'm cool with it. They communicated very politely in keeping me in the loop as to when the item I purchased happens to be out of stock and when it's ready for shipment. I have little expectation of the quality of the product since it was my first time shopping from them but oh boy they did not disappoint. I love love the black oversized coat and was getting a lot of compliments from strangers. SO HAPPY!

Similar to many others here, it took around six weeks for my order to arrive, during which time CS was polite but utterly dismissive, would provide no timeline at all as to when I might expect my order. And I would have let that go, except the dress is now beginning to fall apart after only two washes. The fabric feels heavy and is comfortable, so I was hopeful - but to be on the safe side, am washing on delicate and air drying. Still, it is coming apart at every seam. This dress will not last a year.
