Wemax Tracking Order Status

We ordered the PSF01 on Feb 15, 2024. It arrived in a week. We received the giant RS3 150” floor rising product. We were communicating with Wemax for correcting the problem, but have not heard anything in 3 days. The delays are unacceptable and having to repackage this product was a pain. We hope someone will help fix this. I hope the product is worth the hassles.

Perfect for what I needed. Easy to order, track and great shipping communications. Remote was super easy to self program as well. Thank you Wemax!

The stand for my projector was well constructed and most of all portable. It shipped and arrived on time, I would purchase from WEMAX again

The company exists, I have a projector (WEMAX dice) that has turned out to be very good, really good! But I ordered a spare remote control and they told me they didn’t have it in stock and asked if I wanted to cancel it, to which I said cancel the order and I want a refund, but I don’t know why, the next day it turned out that my product had been shipped. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but after being told that it was not in stock and that’s why I canceled the order, I had to order it from another site, so now I have two remote controls.

Arrived faster than I thought. Was nervous about putting a 120" screen from scratch together but it was way easier than I thought. Video and instructions were just fine. Definitely a big difference with the ALR screen from my regular 110" screen. Picture is great on it.
