I bought a pressure garden sprayer from Zoro last year. I used it a couple of times and then put it away for the winter. When I got it out this year it would not work. Something had gone wrong with the pump. I contacted Zoro and, without any quibbling, they are sending a replacement. Really good customer service.

The website uses pictures that don't reflect the true product. For example, they have pictures of a set of 6 jars in the cardboard holder/case they would come in. This leads you to think you will receive 6 jars, but only 1 turns up. They use huge boxes with loads of padding for tiny items, surely we're past that now?
