Aerie – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ninety percent of what my husband and I wear is from American Eagle and Aerie. I’m enrolled in Real Rewards, and I get the best deals. Having the app and getting notifications of sales helps too. I put things in my favorites and check every now and then to get the best prices. I love the clothes, great quality and so cute. I love that I can order and if it doesn’t work, I can run it over to one of the stores and return it. I will buy from the stores when possible, they just have so many more items and sizes online. As for the shipping, early this year, AE changed shipping companies and one was really slow. They changed again, and now I get my orders really fast. Great company!!!!

I have been a customer of American Eagle for very many years. Shopped in the store in person for me and my son. Loved it, the fashionable clothes and great quality, just love. Started using their website because of that, delivery is fast and the items are the same quality as at the store and you can find even more items on the website. Subscribed for their newsletter and now always know when they have a sale, thats even a more advantage than shopping at the store. If something wouldnt fit you there is an option to return it just like at the store. Of course at the store you can try clothes and see the item in person but advantage of shopping on website especially during Covid that you dont have to go to the store in person and can shop at your own convinience and for as long as you want and have it delivered to your home without any problems at all, no delays, no missing items, nothing like that, great company that I love very much and will continue using their website and highly recommend. Last order was January 17, 2023, the date keeps always changing when I leave my reviews.

I had already placed 3 separate orders with American Eagle then read the Trustpilot reviews. Had I visited this site first I would never have bought anything and missed out on 6 pairs of great fitting and reasonably priced jeans. I even returned 2 pairs of jeans in order to exchange for a different size and received a full refund without any issues. I can only speak from my own experience when I say that I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Update - 01-02-22 After initially posting a review about my hassle free experience with AEO I feel it only right to include the following information. It’s true that all of the items I ordered are great and all of the transactions were without incident. The issue arose while trying to retrieve my refund. The company emailed to say they’d received my returned items and that I’d be refunded, that was on 18/01/22. As of today, my money has failed to appear and AEO’s excuse is simply that the system failed. I wasn’t contacted to be told this, the information was shared on the back of my enquiry. I have now given AEO 7 business days to refund me before I contact my bank’s fraud team and Trading Standards. Come on AEO, this is not the way to treat customers!! Especially returning ones (who won’t return EVER again).

Brilliant delivery. I was ordering very late monday night, actually tuesday 2 pair of jeans and some shirts. I am so impressed - now wednesday before 3 pm the package was delivered personal by DHL, to my home in a small norwegian city! Continiously updated on email. Brilliant AE - I will continue shopping at your netshop!
